Carcass Data

This option is used by many who retain their own cattle an wish to use the data to improve the herd at the Cow - calf level.  Many times we find that cattle that have poor carcass data also cost the most to feed and care for, so why not limit the costs and use this data to improve the quality and cut the costs at the same time.
