Flintrock Feeders is runner up in the CAB Feedlots for 2005, not bad for our first year of being a member of Certified Angus Beef Feedlots.

This is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web site. If you've visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first.

If any customers would like to see their cattle just give us a call and we can either e-mail you the picture or stick it on this web site.  All data of course is readily available through the "Customer Relations" link on the home page of this web site.  If for some reason you have not been given a user name and password, please call the feedlot for your today.  You will also notice some other important links such as weather and market links as well as news from around the world via Fox News. 

When the price of Live Cattle has declined it is important for us to be able to market cattle to the proper market goal.  We learned our lessons well in the years leading up to this new higher than ever market.  We therefore have a great deal of experience and can do very well with the markets where they are now.  Let Flintrock help advise you as to how best to do this, so discounts don't eat up the profits that you have.  As always at Flintrock, we group cattle for each market based on Ultrasound and prior history (when it is available), we minimize losses due to discounts because we attempt not to send cattle to the wrong market window. Flintrock Feeders service and good work is paying off, not only for our customers but for future ones as well.  We have just completed a 3500 head expansion and refurbished the shipping and receiving area.  A better ultra-sound facility has also been completed with water and bunks so that cattle are never off feed or water.  Sorting alleys are now finished and one or two load pens are available for the smaller customer.  We also have some new scales for our commodities and new cattle scales to make sure we are accurately recording our inventory.  Keep checking with us from time to time so that we can let you know about our progress.
